Located in Jumeirah, Dubai, Shanasheel is an expansive Iraqi restaurant and coffee shop destination, combining sophisticated architectural interiors, elaborate decorative elements, and extensive hospitality facilities.
Designed to accommodate approximately 1,200 guests across indoor and outdoor seating areas, the project required a high level of technical coordination, construction management, specialist craftsmanship, and integration between architectural and operational requirements.
The Project
The development involved the transformation of an ambitious hospitality concept into a fully realized restaurant and coffee shop environment.
ABC Interior Decoration undertook the main interior fit-out contracting role, coordinating architectural finishes, construction activities, specialist subcontractors, and technical interfaces throughout the project.
